It dates back to the original McKenzie Saddlery and Canvas family business, which had a large customer base throughout Mid Canterbury and the South Island. The values of their family business has always been to offer strong customer service, a friendly environment and create repeat and referral clients. With this ethos, they have been able to grow their Morrison Cars brand to one of Canterbury’s largest used vehicle dealers.

Our relationship with Mitsubishi Motors in Ashburton opened the door when Mitsubishi were looking for extra representation in Christchurch.

Morrison group are extremely grateful and feel privileged to also represent the Mitsubishi Brand in the South of Christchurch and transform a large section of their Sockburn Dealership into a full Mitsubishi sales and Service Franchise.

On the 12th of October the alterations will be starting to the Sockburn site with a plan to be fully operational by the late 2022/early 2023. These alterations will see the completion of a brand new purpose built 15 bay service dept alongside a newly fitted out parts dept. Our current showroom and workshop will be transformed to a more open plan layout that will be capable of displaying up to 10 vehicles and include a customer focused waiting lounge.

Not only will the team offer a wide range of vehicles from $7,990 to $70,000 they also offer full servicing facilities, parts and a fleet of loan vehicles.
